OceanBridge Partners completed the sale of its investment The Henry Company LLC (“Henry”, www.henry.com), a leading manufacturer of roofing materials, building wrap and specialty materials in the United States and Canada to American Securities LLC. OceanBridge, together with Graham Partners, acquired Henry in June 2012.  During our ownership OceanBridge assisted the company’s management team in expanding the businesses product portfolio through bolt-on acquisitions, extending its product distribution into light commercial, diversifying its big box home improvement customer base, and investing to expand and modernize the company’s production capabilities.

During OceanBridge’s ownership, Henry’s annual revenues increased over 19% while EBITDA nearly doubled.
